My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely sea view despite being a bit dark at the back end. The service was exceptional, especially during our honeymoon, with luxurious yet minimalist rooms and ample amenities. The location was perfect, centrally situated and close to all attractions, although the check-in process had a slight delay. The dining options were impressive, except for a minor incident with a staff member. The facilities were well-maintained, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooftop bar above added a lively vibe, and the room, with a small kitchen and beautiful bathroom, looked newly done-up and neat. The service was exceptional, especially Dene who went out of his way to ensure we had a high room and a late check-out. The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of Surfer Paradise, close to everything you could need. The dining experience was a highlight, offering gourmet food that made my stay even more enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, especially with the recent renovations. We enjoyed the space, with a king suite connecting to a standard twin, creating an apartment-like feel for our family. However, the noise from the open rooftop bar on weekends could get too loud. Overall, a great experience.

The hotel had modern rooms with comfortable beds, but the check-in process was delayed due to understaffing. Despite the lack of soundproofing, the location was great for being in the heart of Surfers Paradise. The dining options were excellent, but there was a wait for room readiness.
